The Best Part of my Service Experience                                    Honestly, the best part of my service experience this time around was my shuttle ride with Marvin. Originally I planned on waiting at the dealership rather than taking the shuttle, but since it was available when I dropped my car off, I agreed to take them up on it. Marvin was very friendly and easy to talk to, and we talked the entire ride from the dealership to my house. Usually those shuttle rides are very awkward and quiet, so I appreciated how personable he was. I was very impressed by him, and I feel as though he's a great representative for your dealership. The service department was very nice to deal with, as well. They completed the service on my car promptly and it was ready for pickup when they estimated it would be at the time of drop off.
